For Presenting Authors

The e-CASE 2007 conference is approaching. Although we have tried our best to honor scheduling requests, this has not been possible in every case. The Committee Board has already reviewed and approved the schedule. At this point, no changes can be made to the schedule since attendees make their travel plans and hotel reservations based on the information they find online.

Only Windows and Office XP Installed
Authors are requested to use video-projector for their presentations. A LCD projector, screen, and a notebook with Windows XP will be available. Please note that only Windows and Office XP are installed in provided notebook. Make your presentation using PowerPoint, compatible with Windows XP.  Files with Vista Version are not supported. You may bring your own laptop/notebook to connect to the LCD projector. By the way, as a presenting author, you (or one of your co-authors) must bring your USB memory stick for transferring the PowerPoint file to the provided notebook. We don’t provide floppy disk drive, CD-R/DVD-Rom, or Internet connection.

Only LCD Projector Provided
Please notify any co-authors about the schedule for your presentation. Every session room has a notebook equipped with a LCD projector. Notably, other projection devices (slide and overhead projectors, etc) are not provided.

Arrive at Your Session Early
Please be in your appropriate rooms at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to allow time to check out technical issues.

Check for Updates
As a presenting author, please check the online program for updates before you leave for Hong Kong.

If you have problems, please feel free to contact us in the registration desk. All the staffs will be happy to help you. Again, thanks for being participating in the conference. Your participation and understanding make the program great and success. Have a nice trip and look forward to seeing you in Hong Kong.

Yours truly,

Staffs of e-CASE 2007 Conference,

Dr. Yen-Fen Lo, Dr. Chian-Son Yu, Dr. Chien-Kuo Li, Dr. Ta-Wei Hung, and Ms. Din-Wen Huang
