The Conference

During last few years from hosting International Conference on Business and Information (BAI) 2004 in Taipei, BAI 2005 in Hong Kong, and BAI 2006 in Singapore as well as going to have BAI 2007 in Japan, we have heard a lot of voice and suggestions telling us that among huge international conferences only a small number of conferences are interested in electronic administration papers such as how the e-administration influences the administrative processes within government, among governments, and between people and governments, and how the e-administration impacts governments or schools to shifting their traditional processes to cybernetic processes, and much like.

Besides, we all witnessed the Internet has not only markedly changed the business models, but also changed the way people communicate such as sharing the information. However, extant conferences frequently spot lights on e-commerce which have received considerable interest from academics and industries, while electronic society and education have only received marginal interests in those "e" conferences.

Accordingly, International Business Academics Consortium (IBAC) and Knowledge Association of Taiwan (KAT) decided to host an international conference on electronic Commerce , Administration , Society , and Education (called e-CASE) to offer interested people an opportunity to present and observe the latest research results and ideas in these areas.

We welcome worldwide researchers, academics, industry specialists, practitioners, and graduate students interested in the advances in, and applications of, e-Commerce, e-Administration, e-Society, and e-Education to participate in e-CASE 2007.
