The International Journal of Business and Information (IJBI), an official publication of the International Business Academics Consortium (IBAC), is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary and multifunctional academic research and management practices across business and information technology (IT) or information systems (IS). Since IJBI seeks to contribute to the integration of the fields of business and information, papers in the areas of business and information, management and technology, and theory and practice are highly welcomed for publication in IJBI. To achieve a broad range of academic and professional topics, we also invite cases studies providing new conceptual or theoretical insights for academics, practicing managers, or information consultants, if they contribute to a better understanding of business or IT/IS practices.
IJBI is indexed or listed in: ABI/INFORM (ProQuest); Australian Research Council; Cabell's Directory of Publishing Opportunities in Management, EBSCO host Index of Information Systems Journals; Ulrich's periodicals directory. SUBMISSION FEE and PAGES CHARGE To offset cost of publication and distribution, IJBI starts to require the Page Charges for papers submitted after January 1, 2013. The charges are used to cover the cost of editing, copy editing, typesetting, printing, and distributing. Page charges will be billed to the submitting author only upon acceptance of the article for publication. For each manuscript printed page less than 15 pages (The paper should be single-spaced typed in font size 12) will be charged US$ 400 for publishing in IJBI. In case of exceeding 15 pages, each additional printed page will be charged extra US$40.
